Who uses Apple Pay anyway?

Presently Apple Pay accounts for some five percent of global digital payments, generating almost thirteen billion dollars in revenue, a 13% YOY increase.  Its also likely to account for some ten percent of global payments by 2025.  So who uses Apple Pay?  Lots of people, it would seem.
