Grayscale wins SEC case

in what appears to be a big victory for Bitcoin. About a one minute read.

Comment: excellent news and the price of Bitcoin rocket up some 6% on the news. I’ve been aware of Grayscale for years, but it’s important to note this is trust, and as such difficult to hold. Not to mention the $50K minimum investment. I’ll just stick to my buy Bitcoin every Friday routine I’ve practiced since 2014 (full confession below).
