NASDAQ sics the Bots on Fraudsters

NASDAQ is deploying Bots to monitor its fast moving exchange.  Spoofing has long been illegal but tracking it overwhelms humans.  So its another job for The Bots.  About a three-minute read. 

Comment: Everyone knows NASDAQ is a cesspool where fraudsters congregate. This is an excellent initiative, however the fraudsters always seem to be one step ahead.
