Bots do Regtech

NASDAQ ratchets up their Regtech and market surveillance capabilities by deploying Bots to monitor trading, look for patterns and generally make the bad guys nervous. About a three-minute read.

Comment: The US already has superb market monitoring capabilities, albeit staffed by humans.  They do, however, catch many of those who trade on non-public information.  It will be interesting to see how many the humans have NOT been catching.
