Forbes reports on using Blockchain to tokenize property, in this case farmland, but the tech lends itself to any type of property. About a two minute read.
Comment: Ok, this presses two buttons for me — Fintech and property. I’m active in both and in fact own and operate a very large property business. This is a fascinating way to get exposure to property for relatively modest sums of money, as opposed to the capital intensive approach of saving a deposit then leveraging up (or doing it the old fashioned way, paying cash).
Oh I just gotta mention — I’m an American farmboy. Blockchain is kewl. Farms are kewl. Double dose of kewl for you.
