Comment: fantastic survey results, it seems once people start to use Open Banking they find the experience overwhelmingly positive. The impediment seems to be incumbent financial institutions, who don’t promote Open Banking as readily as they could. Since Open Banking threatens their lock on customers using a full suite of services, its no wonder why. Its about time incumbents are OBLIGED to promote Open Banking services to their customers.
